Initially the Aqua Safe
wastewater treatment plant is filled with clean water usually
from a the owner’s water supply. As stated in
the installation instructions, the system is operational once
the following are completed:

All proper connections are made |

The plant is filled with water |
|
3. |
The electricity to the plant is turned on |
|
4. |
The timer is set to correct time |
|
5. |
Chlorine tablets are added to the chlorinator |
For the treatment plant to be
biologically stable, it will take from four (4) to twelve (12)
weeks after first using the plant to develop an adequate
population growth of microorganisms (bacteria). It is these
bacteria which that make the treatment system operate
